Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.
- 2.Contact Customer Support
Email our Revlon ANZ support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include the authorization form before shipping them back to our local Sydney or Auckland distribution centers.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
